Grace M. (nee Zanella) passed away on August 30, 2018. Beloved Wife of Bart; Loving Mother of Angela Bouhon, Bart E. DeMeio, John DeMeio, and Lisa DeMeio (Frank Rao); Dearest Grandmother of Kyle; also survived by her many loving cousins in Italy, France, England, and Brazil. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on TUESDAY Morning from 9:00 to 10:00 at St. Thomas of Aquinas Church, 17th and Morris Sts. Funeral Mass to follow viewing at 10:00am. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to St. Rita of Cascia Shrine, 1166 S. Broad St., Phila., PA 19146. ARR. by The PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC. (215) 334-1717
